Every job paid,
every worker paid right.
Services, parts, cash, MoMo and your team's pay in one place. Each job at the counter says who did it, so the commission on it is paid with their salary.

Problems walk-in businesses face
Busy every day, and still not sure where the money went.
Clients come in all day and pay in cash or MoMo. When nobody writes down who did each job, commission is argued over at the end of the month, and parts leave the shelf without being paid for. Qonta records every job at the counter as it happens.
EBM fines: the 2015 VAT law, reported by The New Times.
Commission is guessed at the end of the month
Each service at the counter names who did it. Payroll shows each person's work and commission so far, and the pay run adds it to their pay.
Parts leave the shelf and are never charged
Services and parts go on the same sale. Parts are counted in stock, so what is left on the shelf matches what was sold.
Cash and MoMo do not add up
Every sale says how it was paid: cash, MoMo, card or split. At the end of a shift the cashier counts the cash, and you see what was expected.
A missing receipt is a fine
A sale with no EBM receipt costs 10 times the VAT, or 200,000 RWF if you are not VAT registered, and double that the second time. Qonta makes the EBM receipt for every sale, so your records are always complete.
One screen
See every worker's month on one screen.
The work each person did at the counter, their commission, and what the pay run will pay them.

Built for the counter
A clear system for a busy counter.
The cashier rings up each job and the parts, names who did it, and takes cash or MoMo. Stores keeps the parts counted. Payroll pays each person their commission. You see everything.
At the counter
Each job says who did it.
Services and parts go on one sale. On each service the cashier picks who did the work, and the receipt goes through RRA's EBM as usual.
Sale · RAD 412 C
Paid by MoMo

Parts are counted.
Stores receives the parts and counts them. What leaves the shelf is on a sale.
Commission
Paid with the salary, taxed with it.
Each person carries their commission in percent. The pay run adds it to their pay, and someone paid by the work alone is paid for what they did.
Paid how
Cash, MoMo, card, or two of them.
Every sale says how it was paid. A client can pay part in cash and part by MoMo, and the books know which is which.
My shift
The cash is counted every shift.
At the end of a shift the cashier counts the cash without seeing what is expected. You see both, and any difference.

Who does what
Each person does their job. You see everything.
Management
Sets prices and commission. Sees everything, including money.
Accountant
Checks takings and supplier invoices, runs payroll, prepares the books.
Cashier
Rings up each job and the parts, names who did it, counts the cash at the end of the shift.
Stores
Receives parts and counts stock. Does not see prices.
Reports
Reports your bank will ask for.
Most Rwandan businesses say getting a loan is their biggest problem. Banks ask for clear financial reports before they lend. Qonta prepares them to IFRS for SMEs at the end of each month, ready to download as PDF or Excel.
